CJTS has been built on a love of the art of dramatic performance in all aspects, particularly the benefits it can bring in daily life. Sharing that love with our students, and seeing them develop the same passion, while growing in confidence, acting skills, vocal techniques, valuable stage experience & friendships – is extremely rewarding. Our classes and production preparations are focused on fun and enjoyment – for all of us. All students are expected to learn their parts/songs/movement as early as possible so we can work in a relaxed manner and avoid placing unnecessary stress on anyone. We encourage participation, particularly in moving out of comfort zones & trying new skills without fear of embarrassment or failure – while also learning to laugh at our ourselves & our mistakes, learn from them and improve.
